Below is a list of previously hosted events and activities.  PRNNC is currently looking for volunters to drive new and exciting events for you and your neighbors..  If interested please call Dawn Decker 914-764-5190.

VEGAS NIGHT*

Welcome to Vegas!  Our annual “kick-off” event and fundraiser is held each year at Conant Hall.  We have black jack, poker, Texas Hold’Em, craps and roulette.   So grab the dice, get the cards and put on your dancing shoes.  All paid club members receive "funny money" to buy real chips for play. At the end of the evening chips are turned in for some amazing prizes for the top players.

A HIKING WE WILL GO!

For information on hiking in the area, contact Fran Levy-Sicignano. Fran is the membership chairperson for the Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK). Call Fran for the details of hikes or for general information about the ADK club at 764-9056

REAL MEN DO COOK*

THis was a great event, where the mens’ turn!  Men whip together some fantastic recipes while the women get to taste and judge each dish. This cook-off has been a tradition with PRNNC for many years.  Men are asked to prepare a favorite dish to share -- whatever your specialty, anything goes.  Ladies are asked to supplement the mens' culinary talents by bringing an appetizer or dessert.

HOLIDAY PARTY*

Each December PRNNC organize this event and help PRNNC kick off the holiday season in style with our annual holiday party.  If you missed this party then we missed you - we hope you will join us this year and hope to see you at an event soon. This is one of our biggest parties of the year.

FAMILY BBQ

Help us celebrate the end of another fun season at our annual family BBQ outdoor activities are in abundance.

WINE TASTING EVENTS*

In the past the Club has held blind wine tastings and brought in Westchester Wine School to give a wine course.  One year the customized theme was the ABCs of Wine:  from A-appreciating wine tastes and aromas to B-buying and storing wine; to C-comparing new emerging wine regions, varieties, and vintages.  A lively combination of information and lore about each wine was designed to add to the enjoyment of the wine and event.  Great event for wine lovers!

VALENTINE LUNCHEON*

Held each year, the Friday after Valentine’s Day, this special annual luncheon gives a great reason to get together, network with others, and just enjoy a nice lunch.

FALL LUNCHEON*

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, attendees could bring a small bag of non-perishable food, (i.e., spaghetti, canned tuna, etc.) to be donated to the Katonah Community Center

RESTAURANT DINNER*

Once a year we try to plan an evening out as a group at a notable restaurant in the area.  Our last event was held at the prestigious Crabtree Kettle House.  The evening started with a cocktail hour followed by a 4-course meal.

DESIGNER JEAN PARTY /  DAY OF BEAUTY FUNDRAISING EVENT

This event is for the shopoholics in the area.  The Club captured the designer jean trend by throwing a party once a year where our members and guests could receive 50% - 70% off the latest designer jeans on the market by Seven,True Religion, Citizens, Joes and Rock & Republic. There is also demos/pampering by Mary Kay, childrens' clothing, light snacks and beverages and some raffle prizes.

LADIES' NIGHT OUT*

Don't miss out on our annual LADIES' NIGHT OUT.  Last year,  it was held at Cafe Norma's in Armonk, NY.  There was a price fixed 3-course dinner including choice of appetizer, main course of fish or meat and choice of dessert.  The cost was $40 per person.

ANNUAL ARTS & CRAFT SHOW

Spend a family week-end day in the country with 60 juried professionals, plus a Children's Art Exhibit.  Free admission, parking and balloons for the kids and raffle drawings of many pieces of artwork donated by the artists.
